Some sort of fun beachy open EV produced by Citroën in small numbers. Information pretty scarce, unsure how many were actually built. Spotted in Aix-en-Provence, France.
Love the idea of an open car. I’m sold.

It’s basically a reskinned Bolloré quadricycle. The only Citroen bit is the styling and the badge.
